I'm 5'10", 140 lbs, and I purchased the jacket in a Small. It fits perfectly. The sleeves come to just below my wrists, the bottom falls a few inches below my waist, and there's plenty of room without the jacket feeling baggy. However, I feel like I should warn people against this jacket. It was 0 degrees yesterday, and I felt quite warm while walking around. I could actually feel my own body heat being reflected into my back, keeping me comfortable and warm. I can only assume that this is a result of both the shiny space blankets in the liner and fire magic. That being said, if you're comfortable with wearing stolen astronaut bedding and magic, you'll be extremely warm in this coat.
