I love this coat! I been looking for a coat that is warm, has a hood, doesn't "cut into" my neck and most of all doesn't make me look huge and frumpy. This coat is perfect! The fit is just right. I take a size Medium and it was perfect, not too large or small. I love the waist belt which makes the coat look even nicer and keeps it in place (even though without it, it still stays in place). The whole coat is warm, including the arms (which is a must for me). I live in the Northeast and went outside in 20 degree weather (it got that cold in November this year!) and only had a tank top on underneath. The coat kept me nice and warm no problem! The hood and inside of the pockets are lined with soft material to keep you warmer as well. And the coat looks fabulous!
